Warranty Policy

All Warranty Applies to a Load Capacity of 120kg Only & is Applicable for Use in Household Settings.

How to Lodge a Warranty Claim?

Furnhouse Customer Service must be notified of any defect within 7 days of the defect occurring by email to cs@furnhouse.com.au

You must provide the following information upon notification of the defect:

  • Your name
  • Invoice number
  • Order delivery address
  • Your phone number
  • Furnhouse product details
  • Photographic evidence of the defect
  • A written explanation of the defect

Once a claim has been lodged with our service department will assess your claim, and Respond within 7 Business Days.
 
Mattress Warranty
  • Furnhouse provides 5-15 Years warranty on Spring Unit, 1 Year for Stitching and Quilting, 1-3 Years on Foam depending on the mattress.
  • The warranty for the mattress is still valid regardless of whether it is purchased with a matching foundation or separately. However, it is important to note that if you use a foundation that is not compatible with the mattress, the warranty may be voided.
  • Warranty is void due to your mattress and/or foundation being burned, damaged, stained, or otherwise abused.
  • "Too hard or too soft" is a judgement not warranted.
  • We require all our customers to keep their products in a sanitary condition and to follow the care instructions provided when they purchase them. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided or nulled, as outlined in our policy.
  • We want to assure you that removing labels from any of our products will void the warranty.
  • We understand that freight to and from our factory will be the purchaser's responsibility.
  • Verifying proof of original purchase is important. Please provide the sales receipt for the item in question.
