At Furnhouse, we aim to make furniture delivery as simple and convenient as possible. Please review the following information regarding our delivery service, charges and conditions.

Melbourne Metro Delivery Charges

The following delivery charges apply to Melbourne Metro areas only. Delivery fees are calculated based on the total CBM (Cubic Metres) of the products included in your order.

Weekend Delivery Surcharge

Weekend deliveries are subject to an additional 25% surcharge on the applicable standard delivery fee.

For example, if your standard delivery charge is $120, the weekend delivery charge will be: $120 + 25% surcharge = $150

Weekend delivery is subject to availability and must be confirmed with our team.

Delivery Areas

The above delivery rates are valid for Melbourne Metro only.

For deliveries outside the Melbourne Metro area, regional Victoria, interstate or other locations, please contact our team for a delivery quote. Additional freight or delivery charges may apply depending on the location, order size and delivery requirements.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Product availability
• Delivery location
• Order size and CBM
• Delivery vehicle availability
• Traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control

While we will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is safe and suitable access to the delivery location.

Before placing your order, please ensure that your furniture can fit through all relevant:

• Doorways
• Hallways
• Staircases
• Elevators or lifts
• Entrances
• Driveways or access points

Please inform us before delivery if there are any stairs, restricted access, apartment building requirements, lift bookings or other special delivery conditions.

Additional charges may apply where special handling, difficult access or additional delivery assistance is required.

Receiving Your Order

A responsible person should be available at the delivery address to receive the order at the arranged time.

We recommend checking the products and packaging at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage or missing items, please notify our delivery team and contact Furnhouse as soon as possible.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order, access is unavailable, incorrect delivery information has been provided, or the goods cannot safely be delivered to the nominated location, a redelivery fee may apply.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the total CBM of the order and the applicable delivery conditions.

Melbourne Metro rates apply only to standard deliveries. Additional charges may apply for weekend deliveries, difficult access, special handling or deliveries outside the Melbourne Metro area.

Furnhouse reserves the right to confirm the final delivery fee before dispatch where special delivery conditions apply.
